Animal services questiong?

I am against pits in the first place but it sounds like you got him for a specific reason you are seeing him do. Kudos for him. I would stop worrying about the other animals since their owners obviously don't. And since animal control isn't helping I would do some research and find out if paws or the humane society can help.
