Where do I buy the "divine design" fabric?

in a recently televised episode, it was an old Victorian house that owners gutted out 3 rooms and made into one. The host used an usual sheer silk fabric for the ds. It had pieces of torn silk sheers sewn onto a sheer. Thanks!
