Well he definitely seems to be flirting with you, but that doesn't necessarily mean he likes you. I once made a mistake of thinking a guy liked me because we would flirt a lot in cl, but once that cl ended he really didn't make an effort to contact me. He just flirted with me in cl because I was pretty and right there. Convenient. So just be careful.
