Any similar experiences or anyone who has been through this?

Im sorry i haven't got a similar story to compare to yours, but i will say this: the definition of crazy. Doing the same thing and expecting different results. If you're trying to work out your relationship with your ex wife again, do things differently. If it's already been four months and nothing's been resolved, either do some things differently to try and resolve these issues or go. There's no point in wasting your time just for good behavior, because the issues will turn up eventually if not resolved. And it's time you could be spending getting to know your God-send girlfriend again. If everything was going fine with her, why give it up? I respect you for wanting to work out things with your ex and bring your family together again but it may be what it looks like... a God-sent girl. Maybe God saw you two would be perfect for one another. So what im trying to say is if nothing gets resolved over the next few months with your ex, leave. Get to know your other girl again, that's if she takes you back. But who knows right?? And i know he's only four but consult with your son, maybe he'd rather be with mommy. Do what makes him happy as well.
