Star Trek: Question on child birth?

Has anyone ever seen an episode where a child was born by using teleporter technology to remove the baby from the mothers womb? It seems to me that would be a good use of teleporting technology. When the time is right for mother and child, the doctors could simply beam the baby into the world.
